High-performance grade raw carbon material is used to produce this custom frame material in our own composite factory with a high stiffness-to-weight ratio. The front triangle is assembled and molded as one continuous piece in a proprietary manufacturing process called Modified Monocoque Construction
Climb every mountain, crush every sprint. The Langma Advanced Pro Disc features a re-engineered lightweight aero frame and all-new Giant SLR 36 Disc WheelSystem with integrated disc brakes and hookless rims, plus custom Liv saddle and handlebars, for powerful, race-ready performance.
Key Performance Factors
Faster acceleration
The heart of the Langma Advanced Pro is a super-light Advanced-Grade Composite frameset, delivering a powerful stiffness-to-weight ratio for explosive acceleration. Updated truncated ellipse tubing reduces wind drag and boosts sprinting efficiency.
Better handling
Integrated, flat-mount disc brakes deliver the confidence to carry speed into corners and navigate variable weather conditions. The Langma also accommodates tires up to 32mm, so you can customize your set-up for the road ahead.
Vibration canceling
The all-new tubeless Giant SLR 36 Disc WheelSystem reduces drag, while the adjustable Variant Composite Seatpost provides superior compliance, so you get a responsive ride that practically skims over rough roads.

- WeightThe most accurate way to determine any bike’s weight is to have your local dealer weigh it for you. Many brands strive to list the lowest possible weight, but in reality weight can vary based on size, finish, hardware and accessories. All our bikes are designed for best-in-class weight and ride quality.

Highlights

Advanced Composite
Truncated Ellipse Tubing
New strategically engineered airfoil sections in the frame and fork, developed through Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and wind-tunnel testing, reduce wind drag at a wider range of yaw angles compared to traditional “teardrop”-shaped tubes
Variant Seatpost
This proprietary seatpost design offers the perfect balance of light weight, superior ride quality, aerodynamics and easy saddle installation and adjustment
Cutting-Edge Composite Construction
Longer, more continuous pieces of carbon fiber across frame tubes and junctions means greater stiffness with less weight. And the continuous application of SL-Grade Composite in the chainstays provides a stronger connection from the dropout to the bottom bracket, meaning not only less weight but also more efficient power transfer
Symmetric Aero Composite Fork
Constructed with fully continuous pieces of cut carbon and a higher percentage of Advanced SL-Grade Composite material than any other model, this new fork enhances steering control, precision, and stiffness. Plus, it now features disc-brake integration and increased clearance for tires up to 32mm
Liv Contact SLR Handlebar
Our all-new carbon handlebar features an aerodynamic design, ergonomic grip and optimized drop and reach that’s customized for women’s measurements
OverDrive 2
Liv’s most advanced steerer tube technology. Designed to offer unprecedented front-end steering performance, the system’s oversized headset bearings (1 1/2” lower, 1 1/4” upper) and tapered steerer tube work in harmony to provide supreme steering stiffness
MegaDrive
A massive rectangular downtube forms the link between the OverDrive 2 headtube area and the PowerCore bottom bracket. This precisely engineered, rectangular shape yields unprecedented steering and pedaling stiffness while optimizing aerodynamic flow over a standard water bottle
PowerCore
An oversized bottom-bracket/ chainstay area features a fully integrated, 86-millimeter-wide bottom-bracket design. Symmetric chainstays provide additional stiffness on the driveside and stability on the non-driveside
Tubeless Giant SLR 36 Disc Wheelsystem
Engineered with proprietary Dynamic Balanced Lacing, all-new composite WheelSystems are set up factory tubeless and providing greater efficiency, comfort and control
Disc Brake Integration
The frame and fork are engineered for flat-mount disc brakes to provide powerful, consistent braking performance in all conditions
Hookless Rim
The hookless rim design provides better overall durability and it adds inner rim width without adding weight. It also creates a rounder tire shape, providing greater sidewall support when cornering, and superior grip and handling overall

Techs & Features
Advanced Composite Technology
Compact Road Design
When introduced by Giant in 1990s, Compact Road revolutionized the look and feel of high-performance road bikes forever. A downward sloping toptube (from the headtube to the seattube) creates smaller front and rear triangles for a lighter, stiffer bike. It also makes it easier for riders of all sizes to have a perfect fit.
Variant Seatpost
This proprietary seatpost design optimizes the balance between a lightweight and superior ride quality, with simple adjustment to enhance the total race performance of the Langma road range.
PowerCore
A massively oversized bottom-bracket/chainstay area features a fully integrated, 86-millimeter wide bottom-bracket design (92-millimeterwide for off-road bikes). Asymmetric chainstays provide additional stiffness on the driveside and stability on the non-driveside.
MegaDrive
A massive rectangular downtube and oversized toptube work in unison to provide superior front end lateral and torsional steering precision. The precisely engineered, rectangular shaped downtube yields unprecedented steering and pedaling stiffness.
Internal Seatpost Clamp
A lightweight, all-internal seatpost locking mechanism provides confident clamping force with clean performance and aesthetics.
Tubeless System
Fewer flat tires. Greater traction. Less rolling resistance and a smoother, faster ride. Giant’s Tubeless System makes it easier than ever to experience all these benefits.
RideSense Ready
This means the frame comes prepared to accept the RideSense sensor and accompanying hardware.
Hookless Rim Design
Hookless rim design enhances overall durability and offers a wider inner rim width without adding extra weight. It also helps to create a rounder tire shape providing superior grip and handling as well as added sidewall support when cornering.
Power Pro
Tracking your power output and training data has never been easier. The all-new Power Pro system delivers accurate information with an integrated system that’s precise, reliable and simple to set up. The most effective training is smart training, so start training with power.
OverDrive 2
The most advanced steerer tube technology in today’s Liv and Giant bikes. Designed to offer unprecedented front-end steering performance, the system’s oversized headset bearings (1 1/2” lower, 1 1/4” upper) and tapered steerer tube work in harmony to provide supreme steering stiffness.
